India’s Western Ghats have always grown world-class coffee. Most of it just never got the recognition it deserved. Zenforest exists to change that — permanently.
Our Story
We didn’t discover Indian coffee. We recognised what it always was.
Zenforest wasn’t built on a trend. It was built on a truth that had been sitting in the forests of the Western Ghats for decades — largely unseen.
India grows some of the most distinctive coffee on the planet. Shade-grown under dense rainforest canopy, harvested by hand, shaped by monsoon seasons and micro-climates that most regions simply don’t have. But for years, that advantage was going to waste. Exceptional beans processed alongside ordinary ones. Zenforest was founded to close that gap. To take what the Western Ghats were already quietly producing and give it the craft and the voice it deserved.
