India’s Western Ghats have always grown world-class coffee. Most of it just never got the recognition it deserved. Zenforest exists to change that — permanently.
We didn't discover Indian coffee. We recognised what it always was.
India grows some of the most distinctive coffee on the planet. Shade-grown beneath dense rainforest canopy, harvested by hand, and shaped by monsoon seasons and microclimates that few coffee-producing regions possess.
Yet for years, much of that potential remained hidden. Exceptional lots were processed alongside ordinary ones, making it difficult for truly remarkable coffees to stand apart.
Zenforest was founded to close that gap — to take what the Western Ghats were already quietly producing and give it the craft, attention, and voice it deserved.
