Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At Zenforest Coffee Roasters, we take pride in every bag of coffee we roast and ship. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to making things right if something goes wrong.


Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product — the bag arrived torn, crushed, or with a broken seal due to transit damage
  • Incorrect product shipped — you received a different product or grind type than what you ordered
  • Missing items — part of your order was not included in the delivery

As coffee is a perishable consumable, we are unable to accept returns on opened bags. All refund or replacement requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, and the product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.


How to Raise a Request

  1. Email us at info@zenforestcoffee.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging
  2. Our team will review your request within 3 business days and confirm eligibility
  3. If approved, we will either:
    • Replace the product at no additional cost, or
    • Refund the amount to your original payment method

Return Shipping

For all approved returns, Zenforest will arrange and cover return shipping costs. You do not need to ship the product back unless specifically requested by our team.


Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.


What We Cannot Refund

  • Opened or partially consumed coffee bags
  • Orders where the incorrect grind type was selected at checkout
  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
