A light roast preserves its cocoa-and-berry sweetness and origin character — the roast that lets a high-grown estate coffee taste of its place.
In the washed process, the fruit and sticky mucilage are removed before drying, and a controlled fermentation cleans the last of it away. The result is a clean, transparent cup where the coffee's origin character and acidity lead — nothing masks the bean.

| Mathavara Estate | Coorg Highlands | Mathavara is a lighter roast with cocoa and berry; Coorg Highlands leans stone-fruit and tea-like. |
| Mathavara Estate | A medium-dark roast | Mathavara is bright, sweet, and origin-forward — far removed from a bold, roasty medium-dark. |
