The longer a bean roasts, the more the roast character takes over from the origin character. Here's how each level tastes and where it shines.

Highest acidity and the most origin flavour. Delicate and tea-like.

Medium

Balanced · Caramel · Nutty

The crowd-pleaser — origin and roast in balance, rounded and sweet.

Best for all-rounder

Medium-Dark
